In June we released three new features: the AI course assistant, extended exam documentation and a dedicated function for compliance training.

What is new at a glance
AI
AI course assistant
From your script, slides, a PDF or just a topic, the course assistant creates a complete course with quiz questions and flashcards in just a few minutes. You import the file straight into QuizAcademy.
- Upload a script, slides or a PDF – or simply enter a topic.
- Answer a few questions: set the level of difficulty, the format and the number of questions.
- Download the import file and import it into QuizAcademy: open the course area, click + and choose “Create with AI”.
Exams
Extended exam documentation
During an exam, progress is logged automatically. If technical problems occur, the course of the exam can be reconstructed and serves as evidence in case of complaints or appeals.

Compliance training
Simpler compliance training
With the new compliance training function you run mandatory training directly in QuizAcademy and document it in a traceable way. Ready-made templates are available for the EU AI Act.
- Ready-made templates for the EU AI Act and topics such as occupational safety, fire safety, data protection and hygiene.
- Self-study modules combined with proof of assessment.
- Documentation of participation and results.

Who is this update for?
Teachers save time building courses with the AI course assistant. Examiners benefit from the extended exam documentation, because the course of an exam can be traced. Anyone who runs mandatory training, such as fire safety or health and safety, finds ready-made templates in the compliance training area.
How to try it
- Pick one page of your script or a topic you already teach.
- Let the course assistant create a small test course from it.
- Import it, check the questions and adjust them before you show the course to your learners.
