What can I use QuizAcademy for?
QuizAcademy offers eight use cases: live quiz, self-paced quiz, flashcards, evaluations and surveys, word clouds, exams and tests, compliance training and competitions. Each use case runs in one of three functions: courses for self-paced learning, live events for interaction during the session and exams for results per person.
Can I combine several use cases?
Yes. A live quiz during the session, a self-paced quiz for preparation and an exam at the end can be combined. Questions can be reused without creating them again. Compliance training has the combination built in: a course to work through and an exam as proof of knowledge.
What is the difference between a live quiz and a self-paced quiz?
In a live quiz, you present the questions one by one during your session, participants vote at the same time and see the result straight away. Participants take a self-paced quiz on their own, at their own pace, without grading and as often as they like – for example to prepare for an exam. Both use the same questions.
Are surveys in QuizAcademy anonymous?
Yes, if you want them to be. Live surveys and word clouds are evaluated per question, not per person. For an evaluation over a period, you decide whether answers can be evaluated and exported anonymously or per person. Participants do not need an account in either case.
How do I document compliance training with QuizAcademy?
In QuizAcademy, compliance training consists of a course to work through and an exam as proof of knowledge. The result is available per person, can be exported and, if you like, completed with a certificate. Nine trainings, for example on health and safety, fire safety and the EU AI Act, are available as ready-made templates in German.
Is QuizAcademy GDPR compliant?
Yes. QuizAcademy runs in the AWS Frankfurt region. A data processing agreement including technical and organisational measures is available. Learners do not need an account and join via PIN, QR code or link.

Yes. You can sign up for free. The free access includes two courses, five live events and five exams with up to ten participants each. An extended trial is available on request.
